Gilbert M. Levine is an Attorney at Law admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey .  He received his Law Degree Cum Laude from New York Law School and his Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University, School of Law .  Prior to developing the firm, Levine DeSantis, LLC he practiced as a Certified Public Accountant and held the position of Senior Tax Partner in a large regional CPA firm.  Having written and lectured extensively, he is currently presenting seminars and educational programs for the New Jersey Society of CPA's, as well as numerous other business and professional organizations.
