Jennifer M. Lota is an Attorney at Law admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. She received her Law Degree Cum Laude from Seton Hall University School of Law and her Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University. Jennifer also received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum Laude, from Lafayette College.

While attending law school, Jennifer was involved in the Tax Law Society, as well as the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. She also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Tracy A. Kaye, and was recipient of the New Jersey State Bar Association Scholarship.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, tennis, and of course, reading the Internal Revenue Code.
