Dana M. Bressman

Biography:
Ms. Bressman joined Levine Desantis, LLC in 2007 as an Associate in the firm’s estate planning practice. She is responsible for drafting complex estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney. She works with clients in all facets of estate planning, including asset titling, business interest transfers and retirement account designations.
Ms. Bressman graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2003 with a degree in Government & Politics and a minor in Communications. She received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2007 where she was named to the Dean’s List four times. While in law school, Ms. Bressman served as a research assistant to Professor Joseph Marino helping to edit his bar review materials and lecture on Wills. She also held internship positions in the legal department of the New York Police Department and investigated complaints of employment discrimination at the New York State Division of Human Rights.
