Michael M. Tingoli

Michael has more than twenty-five years experience specializing in legal tax matters for both individual and corporate clients. Prior to joining Levine Haddad & Gregory, LLC, Michael worked as a tax attorney at Weil Gothal and Manges, LLP and McCarter & English, LLP as well as in house tax counsel for several multinational corporations. Currently, Michael's practice focuses on estate planning as well as advising business on a variety of tax and business matters (including business restructurings and succession planning).
